Currently, during technical issues like logistical disruptions, our support lines are overwhelmed with calls from users seeking updates. This influx prevents us from efficiently addressing the core problem and providing timely assistance.
We propose a dedicated, real-time emergency communication banner on the homepage. This feature would allow us to quickly post critical updates (e.g., "Phones are currently down – estimated resolution in 2 hours") directly to users, significantly reducing call volume during incidents.

Hi Betty, this is a topic that can be addressed by using WalkMe. Once you have enabled WalkMe, this is something that can be easily solved. We've used it in Brazil in Dec 2024 to communicate a plant closure and it worked well.
You simply need to provide the final approved communication to Tyler and he can quickly get the banner in place to meet the urgent business need.
