Therefore, in the tooltip for Practice Orders/Order Note, the text should read "Merci de ne pas indiquer de données personnelles concernant vos patients/clients (pas de nom/prénom/données de santé)" instead of "Use this for Quick Customer Reference if you have not created a Patient Profile under 'My Patients'".
