WalkMe Request

The US team is in day two of UAT for the MARLO Int'l platform. In the US, the platform will be called MyAlcon Store to avoid confusion with the other MARLO platform already live in that market. Request from the market team: On the PO field, add this message: If no value is entered, this field will be populated with the MyAlcon Store order number.

Per my conversation with Priya and Tyler this morning entering the request discussed here. As of now the site only offers 1 method of transportation for multiple DTP orders. The ask is for walk me to have a pop up when a customer clicks on Direct to patient from product page or from patient flow page that informs them that all patient orders will ship the same way. I am also entering a request in the market for an enhancement to change this experience in the future.

So, it appears Specsavers are struggling with reading and understanding a step of the ordering process, so I think we need to pop an extra walk me prompt if possible. They seem to be typing the name in the highlighted area (Patient search from list) and that’s not transferring on to the order. We have a Walk me prompt when you hover on the order reference box which is lovely, but I think we need one on the highlighted field (Patient search from list) to advise “Use this to search for an existing patient or add a new one. Order reference below for quick customer identifier." Also please change the order reference walk me prompt to say identifier in the blue box.

Due to French Medical Secrecy law, MARLO France cannot process any type of PII Patient data. Therefore, in the tooltip for Practice Orders/Order Note, the text should read "Merci de ne pas indiquer de données personnelles concernant vos patients/clients (pas de nom/prénom/données de santé)" instead of "Use this for Quick Customer Reference if you have not created a Patient Profile under 'My Patients'".

The request is to show the pop-up once the apps.myalcon.com URL is called with Firefox. Given high share of Firefox in Germany (20% for desktop), many users have it set up as default browser, which complicates things, particularly during the onboarding. For example once they click on the welcome email link, or being redirected after clicking MFA emails. Currently, this pop up is displayed once the customer has logged in to the system.
