The requirements for how the smoke test accounts should be created is very specific. Thus, this is new ticket to be used for documentation of our request.

SAP has information about BO recovery dates for VC products today this information is not consumed by Marlo across global markets. we should be able to connect the data and provide customers the expected recovery dates for their BO items

GEM Trade Marlo customers should see in Order History only Vision Care Orders ( including Vision Care orders created outside of MARLO) remove order history for surgical orders

It will only let me select one marker but from a CA and US perspective we are asking to revisit the DTP pricing to be available at checkout topic. During build and migration last year conversations were had about this topic and we agreed to let the markets speak and get feedback for this. Some of our top customers are refusing to order via Marlo/Alcon and move to a competitor lens as they cannot confirm pricing at checkout. There are too many instances where you can't even see pricing when selecting the products, which means customers cannot view their pricing for products at all. Due to this they are moving to competitor lenses as their sites provide all the information available for all of their orders. The B2B site is meant for the ECP office and is not patient facing the pricing should be shown so customers are able to confirm their orders and pricing.
