MARLÖ International Market Requirements

Currently, the MARLÖ platform only allows users to add purchase order notes (line-level references) in individual orders. This functionality is not available for stock orders, which limits the ability of distributor customers to differentiate and manage deliveries intended for multiple end clients. This feature was available in the previous EasyOnline platform and was widely used by distributors to facilitate internal distribution. Without it, they are forced to either: Create multiple orders with separate PO numbers (resulting in higher shipping costs), or Receive bulk shipments without clear identification, complicating redistribution and increasing the risk of errors.

Weeks to be increased to enable 27 weeks for the auto orders. With new product lunch and a weekly lenses a new modality need to be able to set up the auto order to accommodate the weeks and going up to 27 weeks as we offer a 27 pack for Precision7

Currently, MARLO groups all items under a single brand during checkout, order summary, and post-order confirmation—even when those items differ in configuration (e.g., delimiter, axis, power, etc.). This grouping does not reflect the way distributor partners submit bulk orders using the template, where each configuration is listed as a distinct line item. Distributors placing large and complex orders require each configuration to remain separate throughout the ordering process. This includes: Checkout view Order summary Order confirmation and export Maintaining item-level granularity ensures that each product variant is clearly visible and traceable, just as originally submitted. Although, if such feature is implemented, an additional supportive feature would be to add a "Delete all" button in the cart for such large qty orders so that distributors don't have to delete each line one by one.

Currently, MARLO only allows users to export order history via a button that provides limited general information of the full page and full order history; such as sales order numbers, statuses, and order placement dates. However, our distributor partners frequently place large orders containing thousands of line items and have expressed a strong need for more detailed export capabilities. For example, when they open Order History and click on the SO number of one order and it opens the order details page, to add another Export button there. They require the ability to additionally have the functionality to export each individual order as they wish with comprehensive details, including: Sales order number Order placement date Purchase order (PO) number Line item quantity Line item material number Customer reference And other relevant order-level data This enhancement would significantly improve their ability to review, track, and manage large orders within their internal systems (e.g., warehouse operations, order receipt validation, etc.).

Requesting the powers dropdown when selecting a product in MARLÖ to start with 0.0 and go to a higher number since the most frequent ordered powers are in the 0-5 range.

Promo materials with cost details are missing in Marlo. Customers frequently search for the Doppelkarteikarte 900031744 and the Abgabeprotokoll 900078852. The Doppelkarteikarte was always available in Easy and must be made available in Marlo as soon as possible. Recent statistics show a significant decline in e-order share for these products and a sharp increase in manual orders, calls, and emails. This situation is unacceptable, as it increases the workload for customer service and fails to provide customers with all products from the old shop in the new one.

As a customer, when I print out the order confirmation page from the "print" icon, the print output defaults 2 pages due to the page layout being too wide. Instead of adjusting the print zoom, I want the system to default printing 1 page document.

As a consumer, I want to make purchase using PayPay, Japan's leading QR code mobile payment app that allows users to pay at stores and online using a smartphone.

Before adding a product to the cart, it's possible to enter an order note. However, once the product is in the cart, this note cannot be edited nor deleted. It would be helpful to have the option to edit/delete the order note to add more information or correct previously entered details, avoiding the need to remove the product from the cart and restart the entire purchase process just to modify the note.

Please add a summary/list of which powers have been selected within a stock order when it is in the cart. Customers find it difficult to check that they have selected all the correct powers to their stock order, as there is no summary when they go to cart. Currently, there is a text that says "5 powers" etc., but does not tell which powers.
