Returns drop down in Marlo needs to show all order sources including external orders for return

As a customer I would like to be able to use the returns functionality on the Marlo store for all orders placed using external source.

Currently a Costco customer who orders via EDI is unable to use the returns drop down.

Hi Cindy, we are working with the Q2C team to implement a global returns process enhancement. We will include this question as part of that scope. We are targeting to have a returns feature enhancement in Q1 '26
