MARLÖ International Market Requirements

With the new B2B site the option is there for a customer/office to place more than one DTP order at a time. This is very convenient but in the US market we offer more than one method of shipping at checkout for DTP orders and current set up is all orders will ship the same method. We are working with walkme to have a pop up to inform customers of this but for the overall user experience they should be able to choose the MOT for each order.

In the "Contact Us" section of the platform, the user should see the contact information of the BDM responsible for their account. This feature would facilitate direct communication between the user and the BDM. Additionally, when a form is opened under the "Contact Us" section, there is an option to click "Contact an Alcon Representative." We suggest routing these requests directly to the appropriate Sales Representative via email.

This request is for the America's - currently US and Canada currently when a user logs into Marlo B2B there is not a way for the user to self-serve and identify who their admin is. This causes a call to Customer Service, the only way for CS to tell who the admin is at the account is to have someone login to commerce tools and tell them. The admins have a user management page where admins are able to edit roles and responsibilities. Need is to have a list view of Account users/admins so when a user is logged in, they are able to see who the admins are at the facility if they are needing additional permissions etc. Please see screen shot below from 1.0 MAS

The text color is too light and the customers are complaining that they cannot see properly the parameters that they can choose from.

This is for Canada and US markets. As a customer there is a need to see the order source for all orders that are able to b seen on B2B Marlo so a customer can pull delivery data etc. as needed without clicking into every order.

We request that the currently available downloadable template be replaced with the attached Italian version which contains only the 2 necessary columns.

Please can this be looked as a priority, we had this functionality in MAS/Easy and believed it to be part of out consolidation going forward on MARLO as discussed in the early meetings. An optician whose orders goes to store on an auto shipment on the same day will consolidate into one order. This currently happens in MAS and Easy. This is required not only to save the customers freight charges this consolidates orders so we as a business will have less individual orders going out through EL saving on freight /boxes and processing time at the warehouse. This drives our opticians to order via the website for example, If the optician has two orders to go to the store at £3.45 and this auto order consolidates they will stay online however if they now split costing £6.90 they can call and place on the phone for £5.00.

As a customer I place orders via all methods, I expect to see all details (patient name, shipping address, customer reference etc) in the specific order history details for each of my orders regardless of the method I placed the order. This helps me track the status and follow up on all orders.

It is not possible to delete a user. Please integrate urgently. Our customers are already complaining because they want to delete the user accounts of employees who have left the company.

Product should be allowed to be excluded from MAS VC but should be available on other order sources (Emails, FAX, Calls etc) Currently, Systane is not excluded in EO but is allowed to be placed as an order by CO.
