We have just received a complaint from another major customer. Lensdeal Iberia, called to report that they have started working with Marlö, but unlike Easy, they cannot track their orders. They operate via EDI, and when they search for their reference, it does not appear in Marlö order history, meaning they cannot locate the order if needed. Lensdeal’s annual invoicing is approximately €150,000, but their headquarters are in the Netherlands and they have significant weight in online sales.
