When consumers are registered and linked to Store A, the current system does not support transferring them to a new store (e.g., Store B).
There are cases such as stores closing their business, consumers relocating to another city, or consumers wanting to chose a different store for various reasons such as pricing, service, and other value propositions.
Proposed Scenario is - on the customer portal, the new store would register the consumer’s email (same as regular "add new patient" process), then MARLO will trigger an “Update Store” email notification. This email would be sent to consumers using their existing OKTA credentials.
