MARLÖ International Market Requirements

APL GEM is currently using the Exclusion setup in SAP for Contact Lenses (CTL) display in Marlo, with a planned transition to Inclusion later this year. Currently, Inclusion/Exclusion is maintained at the Material Group level. With the launch of expanded parameters for certain CTL products, a new requirement has emerged: specific SKUs within the same Material Group need to be selectively available to different customers. For example, some SKUs should be visible only to Customer 1, while others should be available only to Customer 2. The current system only allows enabling or disabling the entire set of Contact Lens variants (belonging to the same Material Group) for individual customers. This solution does not meet our business needs. Enhancement Request: Enable Inclusion/Exclusion maintenance at SKU level, within a Material Group, allowing selective visibility of specific CTL variants per customer or market.

This is in regards to Canny request for co browsing vs GEM Trade. Tyler informed that technically this is not co-browsing but is creating smoke test accounts. The requirements for how the smoke test accounts should be created is very specific. Thus, this is new ticket to be used for documentation of our request.

Business to define a set of columns from which the GEM Trade customer will build their own Report -The user should be able to save his own layout and find the same on the next connection -The user should be able to search not only by Order number or PO number but also by other fields: order date, material number, billing number,..

currently customer is able to change RDD - we want to remove this possibility for the customer to change the RDD when ordering from plant CH75; LT for products from CH75 is 20 days and must be auto calculated by Marlo - user must no be able to override

GEM Trade Marlo customers should see in Order History only Vision Care Orders ( including Vision Care orders created outside of MARLO) remove order history for surgical orders

Canada and US would like to have the option for customers to have a simple "clear cart" option, rather than having to delete each line one by one.

It would be extremely valuable for Customer Operations to have a co‑browsing capability within MARLO that allows authorized Alcon associates to view the customer interface in real time. This functionality would mirror what customers see when using the portal, enabling our teams to better understand issues, guide users through processes, and validate that the customer experience is functioning as expected in live productive system.

Currently, a product does not appear for fixed subscription plans (e.g. 6‑month or 12‑month) unless there is enough stock available to cover the entire duration of the subscription at the time of purchase. This creates a limitation in scenarios where: There is sufficient stock for a shorter or flexible plan (e.g. a single 3‑month shipment), The product is expected to be restocked between subsequent shipments, As a result, customers are prevented from subscribing to longer plans even when future availability is very likely and they don't know what is the reason they only see one eye

Expected behavior is for the coupons created for User Group "MARLO Delivery (subscription) Consumers" to appear automatically only on the Subscription Orders. These coupons do not appear on the regular orders.
