MARLÖ International Market Requirements

In case CL or CLC products go out of stock, as a customer / consumer, I want to see clearly on the portal that the product is out of stock before proceeding to the shopping cart, and also want to be informed about the date the product will become available.

Current State: • Adding, removing, or updating links to documents and files in the Tools & Resources section requires submitting a Service Request, resulting in reliance on external support. Proposed Future State: • Introduce a self-service feature that allows authorized individuals to independently manage links to documents and files in the Tools & Resources section. • The functionality should include options to add, update, or remove links through an intuitive interface within the MARLO platform. Expected Benefits: • Faster updates to the Tools & Resources section, ensuring timely access to relevant materials. • Increased autonomy for teams responsible for maintaining resources, reducing dependency on IT support. • Enhanced user experience by keeping resources accurate and up-to-date. • More efficient workflows, allowing support teams to focus on higher-priority tasks. Requesting for all DACH markets.

Current State: Adding, removing, or replacing banners on the MARLO start page requires submitting a Service Request, leading to dependency on external support. Proposed Future State: Introduce a self-service capability where responsible individuals in each market can independently add, remove, or replace banners on the MARLO start page without requiring external support. Expected Benefits: Reduced turnaround time for banner updates. Increased autonomy and efficiency for market teams. Lower dependency on support for routine tasks. Requesting feature for entire DACH. Of note: this feature is currently available in EasyOnline.

Tools to add to the external order data. - Enable the data export in Excel with specifying from/to date. - This external order list needs to include the lot number information as well. - External orders and MARLO orders appear combined in the list, and customers can filter the MARLO order by order source. - Limit the Sales Order Document Type (Z8C1, Z8C7, Z8C6, etc.) to show to customers.

In the order history, I cannot see which dioptres I have ordered with a stock order. I only see which lenses and how many lenses in total. Please provide dioptres as well.

When purchasing with Inoffice Payment Purchase method, there is an icon appearing to "Proceed Checkout." If this "Proceed Checkout" icon is selected, the next step is to checkout and the journey skips the part where the customer can select CLC upsell options. To prevent the customer to miss CLC upsell step which is only available in the cart page, this direct navigation to the checkout process should not be an option.

Is it possible to have the stock level traffic lights as shown in EO also put in MARLÖ so customers can check the stock levels of the products based on green, orange and red light? Or perhaps more detailed than with a color?

Currently, our coupon system only supports whole numbers for discount amounts. This limitation prevents our ECPs from precisely covering shipping costs when offering free shipping discounts. We would like to enable the use of decimal values in coupon amounts. This enhancement would allow ECPs to set coupon values that precisely match variable shipping costs, such as €4.99, €7.25, or any other specific amount.

Canada and US would like to have the option for customers to have a simple "clear cart" option, rather than having to delete each line one by one.

When a customer has a credit card on the site that expires there is only an option to delete it. A better customer experience would be a manage my credit card feature or update card to change the expiration date. Currently a customer has to delete the card and completely add it again.
