When an order is split into multiple deliveries, there are multiple tracking numbers. However, in MAS, only one tracking number is displayed, resulting in incomplete information. It would be correct to see all the tracking numbers for each order, not just the first one. Can we address this?
The example in attachment --> As you can see there is only 1 tracking number (3462293001), while the customer received the order in 2 different moments with 2 different tracking codes.
