In the "Contact Us" section of the platform, the user should see the contact information of the BDM responsible for their account. This feature would facilitate direct communication between the user and the BDM.
Additionally, when a form is opened under the "Contact Us" section, there is an option to click "Contact an Alcon Representative." We suggest routing these requests directly to the appropriate Sales Representative via email.

We request to add a section in MARLO B2B where the each customer can see the details and the contacts of his sales rep. It is useful especially for new customer and for customers that change bdm. This funtionality is now available in Easy online, and the request has been raised directly from the salesforce.

Brett Curtis is there an ETA on this feature? In ANZ we are rolling out SFoTF as of Jan 1 2025 and segmentation will be changing - as such customers will change BDM hands and this needs to be clear who their contact is

Indeed, customer needs to see his Sales Rep. including phone and email contact.

This has been requested by both internal and external customers, it's information they're use to have available on the previous platform they used to use in Portugal and Spain (EasyOnline). Thank you.
