Well, this will be released in R8.0.1 (July 11th) for Austria, Germany and Switzerland. I have cloned the story to extend this to all markets and will advise when I know the release date.

Many customers place orders without creating a patient, but just providing the reference - they request it is also searchable.

hi Priya Dayal Niloofar Farmand I have only just seen the order history that customers get in EasyOnline - it pulls data from SAP to update it - yes our version once you get into the details is more helpful (not just dots) - however the Order History main page has great details on: Pt Reference AND order source, Pt Reference shows no matter the Order Source. (other markets are probably well aware of this)

Can you please confirm that this feature enhancement means: Pt Name/Reference visible in Order History NO MATTER the order source?(and not just Pt Name/Reference visible for MARLO orders only) The information should pull from SAP. cc Tara Desouza Arta Schadler Stuart Mitchell Yuriy Yurchenko

Belinda Tan we have a few questions on the search by product name request. 1. How will the search results be used by the customer? 2. Is the expectation that there is a "download" of some sort? Happy to schedule a call to go over this request.

thanks Biatriz Chapa - to clarify as well, this patient name search function would need to apply to patient names entered into the "order note" section, so being able to search patients that are not "registered" in the MyPatients section

Belinda Tan we got confirmation that the order note text can be searched and the results will display on the page for the customer to click and see the order details. We won't be doing any sort of download.
