We would like to request 2 extra WalkMe add ons for MARLÖ BENELUX. Please add a “?” Icon after Quantity (marked in yellow in the screenshot). Belgium has two Customer Service numbers depending on language, but MARLO can only support one number. Can we therefore either 1) Add the French number to the existing field and a WalkMe tooltip with the Dutch number or 2) Replace the phone number field with something like "click here" and then display both the French and Dutch numbers in the WalkMe tooltip?

The US team is in day two of UAT for the MARLO Int'l platform. In the US, the platform will be called MyAlcon Store to avoid confusion with the other MARLO platform already live in that market. Request from the market team: On the PO field, add this message: If no value is entered, this field will be populated with the MyAlcon Store order number.

Per my conversation with Priya and Tyler this morning entering the request discussed here. As of now the site only offers 1 method of transportation for multiple DTP orders. The ask is for walk me to have a pop up when a customer clicks on Direct to patient from product page or from patient flow page that informs them that all patient orders will ship the same way. I am also entering a request in the market for an enhancement to change this experience in the future.

Usage share of Firefox in Germany is 20%. Despite knowing MARLO does not support this browser, there are users who continue to use it with MARLO. Currently, notification about Firefox not being supported appears by virtually every screen change as the users navigate through the platform. It covers part of the screen and users repot being annoyed by having to close the notification multiple times per session. User story: As a user after logging in to MARLO with Firefox browser I should be able to dismiss the pop-up informing me about Firefox not being supported for at least 1 month. This request is for all DACH countries.
