It would be beneficial to have a specific field on the return form that can be adapted per market. This field would allow the inclusion of critical information such as:
- The schedule or specific hours when the warehouse accepts returns in different regions (for example both in Spain and Portugal there's restrictions on this).
- Any market-specific instructions or observations related to the local return process (e.g., packaging requirements, documentation needed, etc.).
