Currently when payment failed after a consumer order is confirmed, a "Cancellation" e-mail of is sent to consumers.
The Cancellation e-mail message does not specify the reason of cancellation, as it is a general message sent when an order is cancelled whether consumer intended to cancel or not.
In case of the payment failure, MARLO needs to send a separate message that cancellation due to payment error.
The consumer would need to understand why the order is cancelled without their intention, so they can place a new order with correcting the reason of the cancellation in their previous orders.
