Customers place orders before 16:00 will be eligible for same-day shipment which delivers the following day, and after 16:01 will be shipped the following day to deliver the day after.
Customers will check the order time so they can determine the delivery timing for their orders.
Without this indication, the customer will have to call Alcon every time they place orders close to the cutoff time, which will consume time for both customers and Alcon staffs.
