Add Shipping Charge in Order History Export File

Please add the shipping charges into the Order History export file.
It can be either in a separate line with the same order number as an individual product, or include the value in the Column J (Total Amount) deviding into the number of line items.

This is currently not included in the scope of story planned in R8.1
We will revisit this for Shipping Charge.

BI Data includes the freight amount with distributing evenly into qty.
I hope this may help to solve the challenges to include freight cost into the Order History Export File.
