Add the delivery notes
The ability to add delivery notes on the MARLO platform would be a major improvement for France, given the strong demand. For lens reimbursement, opticians absolutely must provide this document, which is currently included in paper form inside the lens box. It is often thrown away or misplaced, which forces them to contact customer service to obtain a copy. Digitising it within MARLO is a significant request from clients. It would considerably reduce the number of calls to customer service, help onboard many more customers, and clearly differentiate us from the competition.
