Please can this be looked as a priority, we had this functionality in MAS/Easy and believed it to be part of out consolidation going forward on MARLO as discussed in the early meetings.
An optician whose orders goes to store on an auto shipment on the same day will consolidate into one order.
This currently happens in MAS and Easy.
This is required not only to save the customers freight charges this consolidates orders so we as a business will have less individual orders going out through EL saving on freight /boxes and processing time at the warehouse. This drives our opticians to order via the website for example,
If the optician has two orders to go to the store at £3.45 and this auto order consolidates they will stay online however if they now split costing £6.90 they can call and place on the phone for £5.00.
