We propose that user information, including name, email, and roles, be automatically synced from our e-commerce platform to Salesforce (SFDC) under 'related contacts'. Additionally, we recommend that Order & Shipping Confirmation notifications be automatically activated based on the user’s notification preferences set in their profile.
This feature will ensure that customer service representatives can easily access up-to-date user information in SFDC, providing a smoother support experience. It will also streamline the process for marketing teams, who need to access user data for campaign reporting and targeting.
