Brazil has been requesting visibility into Order History and Invoice/Nota Fiscal across all order sources since 2024. Based on our experience in recent market launches, enabling this information on the site is an important step to support customer self-service and reduce inbound customer service calls for routine inquiries.

Customers rely on invoices/Nota Fiscal for control and compliance purposes and require access to order history to identify invoice numbers and lot numbers needed for product returns.

We are requesting a six‑month historical load, along with the inclusion of all orders going forward from all order sources, to be displayed in Order History and Nota Fiscal/Invoices for the Brazil market.
