Enhance the MARLO B2B2C platform to support advanced bulk coupon assignment capabilities for Eye Care Professionals (ECPs), enabling targeted distribution based on patient segmentation. The proposed criteria include:
Correction Active
Target patients with an active correction (prescription), ensuring relevance and promoting timely purchases.
Unregistered Patients
Assign coupons to patients who have been invited but haven’t completed registration, encouraging onboarding.
Registered but No Orders Yet
Engage patients who have registered but haven’t placed any orders, ideal for activation campaigns.
Product-Based Targeting
Assign coupons based on product types associated with the patient (e.g., specific SKUs or categories).
Patient Reference Number
Enable bulk assignment using patient reference numbers
Redemption Behavior
Target patients who previously redeemed coupons successfully to reinforce positive behavior.
Non-Redemption
Re-engage patients who received but didn’t redeem coupons, using retry campaigns.
Non-Subscribers
Incentivize patients who haven’t enrolled in subscription programs to join.
Expiring Subscriptions
Offer renewal discounts to patients with subscriptions nearing expiration.
