When an order is placed from the site in SAP the contact email comes in but not the contact's name. See screen shot where it states Hybris generic contact. This was an issue we had on the prior platform and had to be enhanced to bring in the name of who placed the order. This will show on the SAP order confirmation and customers need to know the name of who placed the order. Also showing Hybris Generic Account confuses the customer. CS no longer has the ability of ASM to see the orders in Marlo this is the only way our CS support teams can tell who placed the order if they need to reach out to them.
