All international markets are utilizing service cloud as a ticket system. In order to make the contact us page efficient we must enable Web to Case functionality
this functionality instead of send a blind email copy of the contact us form will send a html information to sales force that will automatically generate a case/ ticket for CO follow up on the customer enquiry and provide feedback to them
