detailed analytics for coupons are coming in R16 with MAS-8156 - there you'll be able to see details on a single coupon level which I believe will address your requirements.
Meanwhile, can you please provide more information on the following:
- Customers should see which coupons are assigned to patients?
- Customers should see whether assigned coupons have / not been redeemed?
- How will those insights benefit the customers?

Krzysztof Futyma Thanks. We saw the demo on the Coupon dashboard, and it is very helpful. This request is intended to provide customers a list view of coupon data with more granular patient‑level details, including individual coupon activities.
- Customers should see which coupons are assigned to patients?
Yes. This feature would enable customers to view a list of patients associated with each coupon (e.g. Coupon A, B, C).
This visibility allows customers to;
- Clearly confirm whether a coupon has been successfully assigned to specific patients or patient groups
- Avoid uncertainty around coupon application during patient interactions
- Identify and prevent duplicate coupon assignments across similar store promotions
- Manage promotions more effectively by verifying and deleting outdated or unused coupons
Overall, this capability improves operational control and reduces errors in coupon management for store administrators.
- Customers should see whether assigned coupons have / not been redeemed?
Clinics currently have no way to distinguish between:
- Coupons that successfully converted into orders
- Coupons that expired, were ignored, or failed to influence behavior
Providing a coupon redemption & activity table helps customers to analyse consumer behavior, so they can optimize promotional strategies. For example;
- If a patient frequently purchases and has already used all allocated coupon redemptions, customers can proactively assign a more suitable or loyalty‑focused coupon
- If assigned coupons do not lead to purchases, customers can analyze potential reasons for non‑redemption and refine their promotion strategy (e.g. timing, coupon type, targeting)
- How will those insights benefit the customers?
These insights may support customers to;
- Improve sales conversion rates,
- Enable targeted promotions
- Improve operational efficiency
