Currently, contact us section is set up to accept one email address only.
in reality:
  1. the invoicing/billing requests need to be addressed to two different departments (finance, COPs) and QA returns should be received by (QA department and COPS).
  2. the "Contact Alcon Representative" is limited to one static email address (COPs generic mail address), we need this to be dynamic and refer the user's request dynamically according to the Sales Rep managing that account
