As a customer, I need to have a warning pop up, or have the MOT default if I create a patient with a home address of a PO Box. MAS 1.0 defaults to POST. Currently, the UAT system allows me to ship to a PO Box via Fed Ex.

MAS 1.0 has a box to check to indicate the address is a PO box. This drives the MOT to default
