E-mail Notification for Price Changes to Include Old Price Information

Misayo Hara thank you, are you talking about subscription orders? If yes:
- flexible ongoing / base subscription: patients will be informed about the new price in their notice of billing & shipment email. This could be enhanced.
- fixed 6/12 months / smart subscription: price is locked for the entire duration of the contract

Tian Marchand Yes for subscription, and both Flex (Base) and Fixed.
- Flex (Base) at the time customer set the new price, the consumer receives an e-mail about the new price. This e-mail needs to contain the old price information so consumers can acknowledge the difference in value.
- Fixed (Smart) at the time contract period reached to end and renewed, the e-mail is sent to the consumer. This e-mail needs to contain the old price information so consumers can acknowledge the difference in value.
The point is that patient needs to see the Old Price as well in the e-mail notification. Currently there is only the new price showing on the e-mail.

Misayo Hara I cannot guarantee the release date given other priorities, and the fact that this requirement came in on Jan 20 only. I think we could have easily included if we had known before, i.e., when we first designed the notice of payment & shipping email. I will still check with the team if there is room to prepone it and if yes, you will see it in Airtable.
