Similar To ADI (print attached) in the home page of the returns, we should have a hyperlink that take us to the return policy so the customer can check before creating a return request.

Hi Lucy, based on platform metrics data, we can see that reference materials are clicked less than 1% of the time. Therefore our hypothesis is that the link will hardly ever be used. We will track usage of the link in Canada and if there is high utilization, we can revisit this request.
