Currently, the migration process for internal users is restricted to codes starting with 0100. Historically, our internal employees have always been associated with codes starting with 0499, and this worked seamlessly in the previous ordering platform.

We urgently need the ability to migrate these users with their existing 0499 codes to the new platform, as this was discussed since the beginning of the project. At that time, we were advised to prioritize customer migration first and leave employee migration for later.

Now, with less than one month before the old platform is decommissioned, we have been informed that migration with 0499 codes is not possible, and no alternative solution is available. This creates a significant operational gap for internal teams.
