Enable order line reference when re-ordering

When a customer places a re‑order for an end user in MARLO, the system automatically pulls in the previous order line reference. However, the field cannot be edited by the customer. Some customers require a new commission number for every re‑order, so they must be able to overwrite the prefilled order line reference.
Requested change:
Enable users to edit/overwrite the order line reference during the re‑order process in MARLO.

Clarification: that is called "Order note" in English version of MARLO. The entry field for that appears when creating an individual order for a product. Sometimes customers put there an internal order number, which might be changing when re-ordering a product.
