the need to accept ' is only for last names, or both first and last names. I assume it's for last names only
is "-" needed for both first and last names. Example, if that exists: Anna-Maria? I would suggest to include

Please find our feedback below:

The apostrophe ' is typically used only for last names in Italy. However, it may be used for first names in other languages (I’m not entirely sure). I would suggest including it just in case, if it doesn’t create any issues. 🙂
The “-” character is already functioning correctly on the platform (I've tested it in UAT) and can be entered by the ECP so no further action is needed. 🙂
