Entering this request after a conversation with Farhan today on the continued issue we are seeing with the Hybris flag in SAP and data not syncing with commerce tools or when it does sync it showing dummy account information.
This causes a delay in onboarding accounts. As well what we have seen is the Marlo team does not have SAP support to re-trigger these accounts in all time zones (follow the sun model) so the markets if available are depending on other individuals as a favor to do this so we can get customers on the site in a timely manner.
We are having all accounts retriggered in the US and CA markets but this will not fix the issue. A deeper conversation needs to be had between CT and SAP on what needs to be true to fix this. Possibly even meet with partners on the Adi platform because we do not see this same issue with the flag on that platform.
With the continued delay of self-registration it is imperative this is resolved to keep impacting multiple teams and customers.
