In Store check out feature optimization

We believe that in‑store checkout is a key asset for ECPs when introducing Marlo for the first time. Since they need to apply coupons to redeem our promotions, the current experience creates friction.
At the moment, when an ECP selects “ Payment”, they cannot apply a coupon. The coupon can only be applied if they instead select “Go to Cart”. Apart from this difference, both flows lead to the same outcome, so it is unclear why two separate buttons are needed.
This creates confusion, leads to a poor user experience, and makes the feature harder to use.
I recommend simplifying the flow by keeping only one button, ensuring the ECP can always apply a coupon before completing the checkout.

Hi Betty,
We do not believe this is a necessary enhancement given all the other enhancements we are making on the coupons feature set. We can revisit if this is recurrent issue among a larger group of customers.
