The ask is to add tools such as Drupal so the market can handle minor updates on text data.

Hi Hara-san, we cannot support this request due to the risk of markets independently owning materials without a proper Engineering team review process. Regarding T&Cs, I believe the IMG team is finding a way to create a more generic document so we avoid having constant updates. If needed, we can talk during our bi-weekly integration meeting
