Current state:
Once users that are migrated from EasyOnline to MARLO using email collection flow are pushed to OKTA, a contact is created in Salesforce with user name, role, email address and relationship to the corresponding account.
Future state:
Create such a contact in Salesforce for all the MARLO users once they are created regardless of the migration flow.
That will allow to seamlessly engage with the users via Marketing Cloud - for example, sending the release notes, announcements etc.
