The Malaysia MARLO launch is planned for September, and the market intends to leverage the new TLQ (Trial Lens Quota) / SAP Trial Lens Management functionality in parallel to enable controlled ordering of trial lenses through the MARLO platform. The TLQ solution is currently being deployed in SAP as part of enhancement request RITM1028888 and is undergoing testing in QN1 throughout August, with production readiness (PN1) dependent on successful user testing and training.
Request
Evaluate and implement any MARLO changes required to support the SAP Trial Lens Quota (TLQ) process once it becomes available in PN1.
MARLO should be able to:
  • Read and respect TLQ configuration and eligibility settings maintained in SAP.
  • Support the trial lens ordering process governed by TLQ rules.
  • Prevent customers from ordering trial lenses outside the quotas and controls defined in SAP.
  • Correctly handle warning, block, reject, balance, and quota-management scenarios generated by the TLQ solution.
