New Ship-to Code for Subscription Orders

Currently, subscription orders utilize the same ship-to code as MARLO B2B2C orders. The only distinction between these two order types lies in the purchase order (PO) numbers: subscription orders end with the letter Q, while B2B2C orders end with the letter P.
We request that a separate ship-to code be assigned to subscription orders. This change will allow us to segregate subscription data from the existing ship-to code (900000121) used for B2B2C orders, ensuring that sales proportions by purchase method are clearly defined.

Hi Hara-san, orders ending with the letter Q indicate orders placed in QA. They have nothing to do with production orders. P indicates production orders.
You can inform customers that they can filter subscriptions using patient order type.

Thanks for the suggestions on how customers can look up subscription orders.
However, this request is intended for internal leadership reporting purposes.
Under the current configuration, the Ship-to Code is shared between B2B2C and Subscription orders, and SAP BI is unable to filter Subscription-only data or B2B2C-only data.
The Japan Digital Team retrieves sales performance data from SAP BI and reports sales distribution broken down by Ship-to Code. The existing Ship-to Codes are as follows:
B2B2C: 900000121
B2B DTC: 100189327
B2B: Default Ship-to Code for the Sold-to
To enable accurate reporting, we are requesting the creation of a new Ship-to Code specifically for B2B2C Subscription: 900000XXX.
