Order Confirmation to Print on 1 Page

As a customer, when I print out the order confirmation page from the "print" icon, the print output defaults 2 pages due to the page layout being too wide. Instead of adjusting the print zoom, I want the system to default printing 1 page document.

Hi Hara-san, we can do some analysis to determine if this can work with many order types such as DTP and split orders.

Niloofar Farmand Thank you. There are customers complaining that the default page layout is too large to fit on 1 page and partly prints on the second (and sometimes goes to the third) page which waste their papers each time they print. Globally the regular paper size is "Letter" size but in Japan it is "A4" size, and this maybe the reason the page layout is not working properly for the customers in Japan.
