No, the patient clinic ID is the code in a free format which ECP determines.
Our request is to add the MARLO/MASVC user code starting "MASJP".

Traci Millen e-mail address is a privacy content and we need to avoid using it as a key to communicate within and outside Alcon.

The MARLO Support team communicates with the MAJP (which with MARLO Int'l MASJP) currently to avoid specifying an individual during their support tasks.
