Tara Desouza apologies for the delay. We have finally assessed this one with the Design team, and we do not think it would be a great user experience to add filters related to products in My Patients as it's not the purpose of this section. It could belong to the Order History page, but we already have filters there (see screenshot). Adding filters for all Products/pack size would complicate the usability of this task. Therefore I am rejecting this one. If the ECP wanted to see sales per product, pack size etc, that would be a different.
We could imagine enhancing My Patients with filters on patients order recency for instance, product modality etc. But this is not the ECP requirement and the purpose of this ticket.

Tara Desouza yes you have to manually search either in each release, or you can click More > all 2026 features > and type in the search bar. For now, you can see it in R16.

ok, this item is in the backlog. I will come back to you when I can. Sorry if it's a repeat as I wrote it on other tickets, B2B2C Subscriptions is a key priority for us and we are working to deliver this from R9 onwards. Therefore this request will take a bit of time to be prioritized in a release.

not all of my above are now valid as they changed the view as you said. So ideally would like to have filters for Active/ then able to filter on a product in someway or another

Tian Marchand On the patient page there are limited filter options a lot of stores want to filter on product and whether they are n active subscription so that it only pulls those patients up

Tara Desouza thanks for the details. I agree that filters here would improve the user's experience. But I need more time to think this through, knowing the your ECPs only asked for a Product filter. It doesn't mean we only need to add this, but it means we need to be clear on what to add and why.
Let me know your view on the below:
Product = existing, as it's the Brand + type filters in Individual/Stock order
Auto-reorder = makes sense, it’s in the table
Order type = in order history
Pack type = not existing, please add the business rationale
Deliver type = not existing, please add the business rationale

Hi Tara, this request also impacts the latency issues as adding more filters to the page requires a data pull for each filter. We are placing this in the backlog to allow us time to see if there are any other solutions. Let me know if you have questions.
