Priya Dayal There are issues taking customer inquiries. The Japan MARLO Support Team has access to CT when customers & consumers contact them about orders.
Customers: see SAP order numbers on their portal
Consumers: see MARLO PO numbers on their portal
CT does not pickup SAP order numbers as search option and the JP MARLO Support cannot identify which order the customers are inquiring about.
Please help to find ways to add PO number so customer can find it easily to communicate with the JP MARLO Support.
