This is not a priority for 2025 given lower impact.

Traci Millen Without the option for customer to choose the delivery date when they place orders, they will keep using FAX where they can specify delivery date. This is high-priority for Japan to migrate B2B orders from FAX to MARLO.

Priya Dayal With B2B2C, the requested delivery date was refreshed at the cut off time to reflect +1 working day.
With B2B, there is no delivery date determination, and orders coming in after the cut off (16:00PM) is still consumed to SAP as today's shipment. This will cause endless workload to the Distribution Center, and it needs to stop at certain time.
To avoid all orders after 16:00 to be treated as today's shipment, and to correctly reflect the dispatch date on the PO sending to SAP, the order needs to have the reasonable delivery date calculated with considering the non-operation dates.
i.e. for the order being placed on April 7, 16:30 = customer will have an option to select the delivery date of April 9 and onwards. If the delivery date field is blank, the ealiest available will be determined.

Kindly move this to planned. We will address this for B2B as part of R8.1/R9 as per team's capacity.
