Unfortunately this is not possible as the rules for login and active sessions are managed by our global Okta team and they are set across all digital platforms in Alcon. Setting time windows for active sessions is an added layer of security for our users and we will not be able to change them for certain markets or certain digital platforms. Please explain to your customers that this is a security feature and is very common across more sophisticated digital platforms (you can compare against banking apps and others that log you out after a certain time of inactivity).
