We would like to request this feature for Japan.
There are multiple customers requesting that external orders also be included in the invoice (Nohinsho) PDF generated from MARLO, enabling a one-stop experience within MARLO for all Alcon orders.
This functionality is already available under MAS-4303; we kindly ask that it be enabled for Japan as well.

Hi Belinda, given we are planning to provide a link in MAS out to MyAlcon Pay, wouldn't that solve for this request?

Biatriz Chapa a large portion of customers will not require MyAlcon Pay for credit card payments (customers that pay via direct debit, BPAY or EFT - which are the Alcon preference for payment - so there will be no drive to shift these methods of payment to CC). So from a customer experience perspective, it doesn't make sense to have a click out to a separate application to see invoices. We'd still need invoices from all sources within MyAlcon Store - since all invoices sit within SAP, and we can pull customer specific pricing from SAP - hopefully this is an easy update. cc Stuart Mitchell

Priya Dayal Belinda Tan Stuart Mitchell with our recent plan to provide a link in MAS to send a customer to MyAlcon Pay so they can view all invoices, wouldn't that be a solve for this request?

This would also be a requirement of the UK as currently we can see all invoices and invoice lists as a big group of our customers are also on invoice list.
