Segregated Invoice Visibility by Sold-To in MARLO

Currently, when multiple Sold-To customers are linked to the same Payer, users can see invoices for the entire group—this is not aligned with data privacy expectations and business needs.
We need a new feature that will restrict invoice visibility in MARLO based on Sold-To numbers, ensuring that users only see their own invoices, even when multiple Sold-To accounts share the same Payer.

This visibility issue leads to unauthorized access to financial documents and affects multiple regions including DACH, Iberia, and Australia.
Until this new logic is implemented, invoice visibility in MARLO has been temporarily disabled (either partially or fully depending on country) to protect customer data.

This issue is also critical for Iberia. We've had to block invoice visibility for all customers with a shared payer, causing frustration for those who relied on the functionality. A fix ensuring users only see their own invoices is essential for data privacy and a better user experience across markets. Fully supporting this request!

Same for Japan. This is really impacting the customers business.
SAP already has a table (ZJP3) to control to whom the invoice is being sent to. We need to have MARLO set up with the same config for all Sold-to.
