When selecting ship-to, the banner shows the Sold-to Name at the top with largest font size. The top line should show the Ship-to Name as this is where customers need to select Ship-to at this step.

Tian Marchand Walk me is a guide to supplement the missing ifo, but the info is not missing here. It is misleading as the tile indicates SHIP-TO, while the names appearing as selection options are SOLD-TO.

Ship-to customer names are not pulled from SAP.
This seems a mapping error.
Please investogate the config.

Misayo Hara the team confirmed that in case of multiple sold-to, then sold-to will display. Same for multiple ship-to where multiple ship-to will display. Does that make sense with the example from your screenshot?

No, actually the names are incorrect.  
The ship-to selection indicates the same names, which is sold-to name.  This needs to reflect the names registered under each codes on SAP.

Tian Marchand I see why the Ship-to selection is not showing the customer name correctly.
CT does not have the company name populated, and it is blank as seen below.
The 5th line in the address list is the customer code 0100202861 北上済生会病院　眼科, but no name is imported from SAP, then my assumption is that the system reflects the name from its parent 0100205000 株式会社アイ・リッキー in the ship-to selection panels.
