Update E-mail Address Field Validation Rule on the Customer Portal

The e-mail address field on Customer Portal has validation rule, and throws error message if the text input do not follow this rule.
Currently this field limits the number of text after @(atmark) followed by .(dot) with 4 digits. We encountered e-mail addresses with domain name "@oguchiganka.tokyo" which has 5 digits and could not onboard via MARLO portal.
Please increase the number of digits to not block user registration journey.

Misayo Hara I understand that you're asking for extending length of the allowed top-level domains from 4 to 5 characters, in the patient set up form. Anywhere else?
Also, to understand the impact, how many emails like this have you encountered?

Krzysztof Futyma both patient set up and admin/buyer user setup. Please see the screenshots.
We have encountered 2 accounts that were blocked from onboarding through portal.
There are domains with unique names like .laywer .accountants .academy being sold, so 10 - 15 characters should be allowed after .(dot) to cover all cases. I presume this will become evident very soon in other markets as well.
