In the Tools & Resources section, there is a form that allows users to contact Customer Service directly. When the user submits the form, they receive a confirmation email summarizing their request.
We have identified a grammatical error in the greeting: it currently says “Estimado”, but it should be “Estimado/a” to ensure proper gender-neutral wording.
A ticket has already been opened, and we were asked to create a Canny request to modify this. It’s not urgent, but we would like to avoid sending communications with grammatical errors to all customers in Portugal.
