So, it appears Specsavers are struggling with reading and understanding a step of the ordering process, so I think we need to pop an extra walk me prompt if possible. They seem to be typing the name in the highlighted area (Patient search from list) and that’s not transferring on to the order. We have a Walk me prompt when you hover on the order reference box which is lovely, but I think we need one on the highlighted field (Patient search from list) to advise “Use this to search for an existing patient or add a new one. Order reference below for quick customer identifier." Also please change the order reference walk me prompt to say identifier in the blue box.
